It is always Aimee’s honor to collaborate with clients as they pursue meaning and mental wellness.
Aimee has over 8 years of experience as a psychotherapist providing care to adults (20+) looking to improve their mental health. Her approach is eclectic as she draws from her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, trauma focused psychotherapy, and yoga in order to best meet the needs of each client. Aimee’s work is insight based while also incorporating knowledge from neuroscience as she help clients build positive habits, shift thinking patterns, manage symptoms and heal from past trauma.
Aimee’s practice is a place of healing where individuals of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, faith traditions, and disability statuses are welcome and celebrated. She humbly identifies as an ally of individuals in the BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. She is affirming of all identities and is sex-positive. Aimee is committed to providing inclusive therapy services in order to continually improve the accessibility to quality mental health care for all people.
