Aimee specializes in working with adults to recognize and more effectively manage difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that they can pursue growth and create a more fulfilling, meaningful life.
Aimee offers a variety of evidence-based psychotherapies such as Mindfulness, CBT, and ACT to address your specific mental health needs and preferences. She has completed a Grief Support Specialist certificate with UW Madison and completed additional trainings on Aging and Mental Health. Aimee seeks to flexibly meet the needs of each client to help you pursue your goals and values.
