
Meet Angelina
Angelina believes that therapy is something everyone could benefit from. The decision to start individual therapy is an empowering first step toward healing. Whether someone is hoping to process deep childhood trauma, manage symptoms of their mental health condition or simply find more effective ways to cope with life stressors, Angelina offers space for all. She specializes in working with adults in managing symptoms of severe and persistent mental health diagnoses, along with depression, anxiety, and transgenerational trauma. Additionally, Angelina takes interest in exploring women’s issues, gender identity, navigating relationship conflict, and supporting neurodiverse individuals.
Utilizing DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness informed, evidence-based interventions, Angelina provides an empathetic, warm, and approachable space for clients to feel comfortable and motivated to work toward their self-identified goals. She is an LGBTQ affirming and sex-positive clinician, who believes in radical self-expression and acceptance. Angelina received her Clinical Social Work credentials from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with field experience held in community support programming, and a forensic in-patient hospital setting.
