Meet Janessa
Janessa received her Master’s degree in Social Work from UW Madison and has been working in the field of social work for several years. She has experience with working with clients who have mental health and substance use disorders as well as individuals with developmental disabilities. Before joining the MTT team, Janessa worked with adolescents in a psychiatric setting. She takes pride in having a strengths-based approach when coming alongside her clients and empowering them as they work to achieve their recovery goals. Janessa also strives to maintain a wholistic mindset when working with her clients, considering their environmental needs, personal goals, and cultural and spiritual values.
